1. Giving consent
By selecting the checkbox and submitting the form, I freely and knowingly consent to Asgard Express (the “Company”) collecting and processing my personal data as described below.
2. Data covered
Consent covers my name, phone, contact channel, route, any pickup and drop-off addresses, fare, date and time, booking type, airport selection, messages and technical submission records.
3. Actions and purposes
I permit collection, recording, organization, storage, correction, use, sharing with potential Drivers, restriction and deletion for request processing, communication, Driver matching, support and protection of lawful interests.
4. Sharing with Drivers
I understand and accept that the data necessary to arrange a trip may be shared with a selected or potential Driver, including one located outside the Republic of Kazakhstan. The Driver receives only the data required to discuss and perform the trip.
5. Duration and withdrawal
Consent remains valid until the purposes are fulfilled or it is withdrawn, unless law requires longer retention. I may withdraw it via asgard-express@proton.me. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing.
6. Confirmation
I confirm that the data is mine and accurate, that I have read the Privacy Policy and understand the processing and Driver-sharing purposes.
